Any satisfied of dissatisfied customers can leave a review or feedback about their experience with an item or vendor which Gib.shopping can review. Comments and Reviews must be factual, not making false claims or be defamatory in nature. Gib.shopping will not permit the mal-use or abuse of its service. Comments must in no way, be false, defamatory, abusive, racist, xenophobic or bullying in nature. Gib.shopping reserves the right to ban or block authors of such comments from its service.
Vendors can apply to Gib.shopping for the Comment or Review to be removed; however, customers may make substantiated claims and provide evidence to which Gib.shopping will take opinion and may or may not take the decision to remove said Comment or Review.
